Welcome to the websites and online services owned and operated by STR Planning, LLC ("STR Planning," "Strengthen My Retirement," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites (the "Site") and all products, coaching services, coaching session packages, tools, digital content, educational resources, and other services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, purchasing, registering for, or otherwise using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Site or Services.

By using the Site or Services, you further represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Services

STR Planning provides retirement education, coaching, workshops, digital tools, templates, assessments, calculators, AI-assisted utilities, and related educational resources designed to help individuals organize and prepare for retirement.

Services may include, without limitation:

Strengthen My Retirement™ Coaching, including one-on-one coaching sessions, coaching session packages, digital resources, assessments, calculators, and retirement planning tools;
Online or in-person workshops and educational events;
Digital courses, templates, worksheets, and educational materials; and
Other products or services offered by STR Planning from time to time.

Our Services are educational and coaching-based. They are intended to help users organize information, evaluate retirement options, identify potential weak spots, and make more informed decisions.

Certain portions of the Site or Services may require registration or payment before access is granted.

Registration and Account Security

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person or impersonate anyone else.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials, and you accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must promptly notify us at support@strplanning.com.

You may not share your account with any other individual.

Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes associated with the coaching sessions or coaching session packages you purchase through the Site.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement is expressly provided by STR Planning.

You must notify STR Planning of any billing dispute within thirty (30) days after the charge appears on your statement.

Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of that dispute.

Strengthen My Retirement™ Coaching Services

The following terms apply to purchasers of Strengthen My Retirement™ coaching services.

Coaching Services

Strengthen My Retirement™ may include one or more of the following:

One-on-one coaching sessions
Coaching session packages
Retirement assessments
Worksheets and templates
Educational videos and digital resources
Retirement calculators and planning tools
AI-assisted organizational tools used to support the coaching process

The specific services included are those described at the time of purchase.

Individual Access

Coaching sessions, coaching session packages, and digital resources are licensed solely to the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or assigned without STR Planning's prior written consent.

Decision Authority

You retain complete responsibility for every financial, retirement, insurance, investment, tax, and legal decision you make.

Our coaching, education, assessments, and recommendations are intended solely to support your decision-making and are not a substitute for your independent judgment.

Implementation Responsibility

Where legally permitted, STR Planning may assist with the implementation of insurance products or other services we offer.

If you choose to implement recommendations through another advisor, carrier, institution, or provider—or choose not to implement recommendations—you remain solely responsible for those decisions and their outcomes.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for coaching sessions and coaching session packages are governed by the applicable Coaching Session Cancellation & Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

No Investment Management

STR Planning does not provide discretionary investment management, portfolio management, stock selection, or assets-under-management (AUM) advisory services through the Site or Services.

Nothing contained in the Site or Services should be interpreted as individualized investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment or security.

Insurance and Affiliate Disclosure

Where fully licensed, STR Planning may recommend insurance products, including annuities or life insurance (with full illustrations provided), and may receive compensation if you choose to purchase those products.

STR Planning may also receive compensation through affiliate relationships with third-party companies whose products or services are referenced on the Site.

You are under no obligation to purchase any product or service through STR Planning in order to use the Services.

You should consult your own attorney, accountant, tax professional, and financial advisor regarding your personal circumstances.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law;
Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;
Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful code;
Interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit proprietary systems or software;
Use the Services to compete with STR Planning or create competing products or services.

STR Planning reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Site and Services—including text, graphics, videos, software, assessments, worksheets, calculators, scoring systems, trademarks, branding, educational materials, and other content ("Content")—is owned by or licensed to STR Planning and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of STR Planning.

Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services.

STR Planning is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

Your use of any third-party website or service is entirely at your own risk.

Disclaimers

THE SITE, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

STR PLANNING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE REGARDING ANY FINANCIAL, RETIREMENT, TAX, INSURANCE, OR OTHER OUTCOME.

YOUR RESULTS DEPEND UPON YOUR PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, DECISIONS, IMPLEMENTATION, AND FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STR PLANNING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

IF LIABILITY IS FOUND TO EXIST, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE LIMITED TO ANY REFUND OR OTHER REMEDY EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE APPLICABLE COACHING SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STR Planning, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the Site or Services;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law; or
Your infringement of the rights of any person or entity.

Suspension and Termination

STR Planning may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice.

Termination does not affect any payment obligations incurred before termination.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Any revisions become effective immediately upon posting to the Site unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Site or Services after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
