Coaching Session Refund & Cancelation Policy

This Coaching Session Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to coaching sessions purchased from STR Planning, LLC ("STR Planning"), including My Retirement Score, Strengthen My Retirement Coaching Sessions, and Retirement Review Sessions.

By purchasing a coaching session or coaching session package, you agree to this policy.

Retirement Clarity Guarantee

The My Retirement Score coaching session includes a Retirement Clarity Guarantee.

If you complete your coaching session and it did not provide you with the level of clarity you were expecting, request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the session date. STR Planning will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

To receive a refund:

The coaching session must have been completed.
The refund request must be submitted in writing to support@strplanning.com.
The request must be received within seven (7) calendar days after the coaching session.

This guarantee applies only to the My Retirement Score coaching session.

To request a refund under the Retirement Clarity Guarantee, contact us at:

Please include your name and your scheduled coaching session date so we can process your request promptly.

No Refunds for Other Coaching Sessions

All purchases of the following coaching services are final:

Strengthen My Retirement Coaching Sessions
Strengthen My Retirement Coaching Session Packages
Retirement Review Sessions
Lifetime Coaching Pass

These coaching services are not covered by the Retirement Clarity Guarantee and are not eligible for refunds.

They are stored as session credits on your dashboard that can be used at anytime in the future.

Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session without charge if your request is received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the calendar day before your scheduled session.

If you cancel your scheduled session: your session will be stored as a credit you can use at anytime in the future.

If you reschedule your session: requests received before this deadline will be honored based on appointment availability.

Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows

If you cancel your coaching session on the day of your scheduled appointment or fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice:

The session will be considered completed.
No refund or credit will be issued.
If you purchased a coaching session package, the session will be deducted from your remaining sessions.

Cancellations by STR Planning

If STR Planning must cancel or reschedule your coaching session due to illness, emergency, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to:

Reschedule your coaching session at no additional charge; or
Receive a full refund for that coaching session.

Changes to This Policy

STR Planning may update this Coaching Session Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will apply only to coaching sessions purchased after the revised policy becomes effective.
